Coace® W1C is a maleic anhydride polyolefin with special formula treatment.

The purpose of our PA6 Maleic Anhydride Polyolefin Compatibilizers is to improve the functionality and adaptability of polyamide 6 (PA6) compounds. These compatibilizers offer distinct benefits in enhancing processing efficiency, mechanical qualities, and compatibility with a unique formula treatment.

Handling, Storage, and Safety
Coace® W1C- 1 should be stored in dry conditions and protected from UV-light. Improper storage conditions may cause degradation and have consequences on physical properties of the product.

  • Maleic Anhydride Polyolefin Composition: The maleic anhydride polyolefin composition is the fundamental component of our compatibilizers. The purpose of this composition is to improve the compatibility of PA6 with additives, fillers, and reinforcements.
  • Special Formula Treatment: Our compatibilizers demonstrate improved dispersion and interfacial adhesion in PA6 matrices by means of a specific treatment procedure. As a result, the finished compound has better mechanical qualities and uniformity.
  • Improved Compatibility: The polar PA6 matrix and non-polar fillers or additives are connected via the maleic anhydride polyolefin structure. Better dispersion, less phase separation, and an overall improvement in the compound’s performance are the results of this increased compatibility.
  • Better Mechanical Properties: Our compatibilizers improve tensile strength, impact resistance, and modulus of elasticity by encouraging a stronger link between PA6 and fillers/reinforcements.
