Products Description
Coace ® W1 is a maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin copolyme with high grafting rate.
A compatibilizer produced by the grafting of maleic anhydride onto the polyolefin backbone greatly improves the interfacial adhesion between the polyamide matrix and the dispersion phase, therefore producing a material with exceptional impact resistance and thermal stability.
There are several grades for our impact modifier, each intended to satisfy particular industrial standards and consumer needs. We provide customizing services to fit your particular requirements and thorough technical support to assist you choose the most suitable grade for your application.

- MAGP’s special molecular structure lets it absorb and dissipate energy upon impact, therefore strengthening PA6 and PA66 sections without sacrificing their natural qualities.
- Thermal stability of the grafted maleic anhydride groups makes the copolymer a great choice for uses requiring high-temperature tolerance.
- Magp is appropriate for demanding chemical settings since it provides great resistance to a broad spectrum of compounds, including solvents, acids, and alkalis.
- Melt flow characteristics of the copolymer enable extrusion, injection molding, and other thermoplastic processing methods, so guiding its simplicity of processing.
- With variances in molecular weight, grafting density, and polyolefin type to attain the necessary balance of attributes, MAGP can be customized to fulfill particular application needs.
Advantage
Impact modifiers forms a solid link with the PA matrix unlike conventional impact modifiers, therefore preventing phase separation and guaranteeing long-term performance.
Shorter molding cycles resulting from better flow properties of MAGP help to increase production efficiency.
Cost-Effectiveness: W1 presents a reasonably priced alternative when compared to other high-performance polymers even if it gives improved qualities.
Environmentally Friendly: maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin copolymer fits the rising demand for environmentally friendly materials since it is recyclable and helps to create sustainable goods.

Application
Typiacl Application
To be used as impact modifiers for PA6, PA66, and polyamide base fire retardant compounds masterbatch.
To be used as compatibilizers to improve the compatibility between polyamide and polypropylene, or polyethylene.
Application Industry
Under-the-hood components like fuel system components, cooling system parts, and electrical connectors where great heat resistance and chemical stability are critical MAGP is employed.
MAGP finds use in the manufacture of connectors, sockets, and cable insulation in this field of electronics and electrical since of its outstanding resistance to environmental stress cracking and electrical insulation qualities.
From home appliances to sports gear, MAGP improves the impact resistance and lifetime of many consumer goods.
High strength and wear resistance given by MAGP helps gears, bearings, and machinery housings both industrial and mechanical.
Medical Devices: MAGP’s biocompatibility and sterilizing resistance qualifies it for many medical uses, including diagnostic tools and surgical instruments.
