Description
The superior adhesive qualities of maleic anhydride grafted composite polyolefin are widely recognized. By adding polar functional groups to the polyolefin backbone by the maleic anhydride grafting procedure, the polyolefin’s compatibility with polar substrates is improved. It is the perfect material for many bonding applications, such as coatings, adhesives, and laminates, due to its increased adherence.
Coace ® K2L is a maleic anhydride grafted composte polyolefin. It is designed to develop a reliable bonding strength in coextrusion processes for the composite structure materials, like aluminum plastic panels, metal plastic pipe, etc.
Styrene-acrylonitrile-maleic anhydride copolymer (SANMA) is a commonly used material in coextrusion processes for composite structure materials. In this application, SANMA is used as a bonding layer between different layers of materials, such as metal and plastic, to create a strong and reliable bond.
Composite polyolefin with maleic anhydride grafts is a very useful and adaptable material that has several benefits over conventional polyolefins. It is excellent for a variety of applications in sectors including automotive, packaging, construction, and electrical/electronics because to its better mechanical qualities, increased chemical resistance, and thermal stability. Maleic anhydride grafted composite polyolefin is a desirable option for producers looking for high-performance materials because of its distinctive blend of qualities.
