Products Description

 

A polyester elastomer with MAH functionality, BP-1 may completely disintegrate on its own. It is primarily used to enhance the performance of polyester-based fabrics that degrade.compatibility. In biodegradable plastics, it can alter the surface of fillers (such as starch, calcium carbonate, talc, and others), enhance their dispersibility, and enable the fillers to be dispersed uniformly throughout the whole resin system, enhancing the material’s elongation at break. Strength in tensile, etc.

Suggested dose:3-10%, It can be increased or decreased properly according to the toughness requirements and by taking the cost into consideration.

Packaging, storage and transportation:20kg kraft bag with internal plastic bag. This product shall be treated as non-hazardous article and be stored or transported under dry conditions, and sunlight and rain shall be avoided.

Characteristic

 

In addition to being biodegradable and recyclable, polylactic acid products also have the advantages of gloss, transparency, hand feel and heat resistance. Polylactic acid (PLA) also has certain antibacterial properties, flame retardancy and UV resistance. , so it has a wide range of uses and can be used as tableware, packaging materials, fibers and nonwovens.

Application

It can be used in PBAT/PLA composite material and used as PBAT/PLA/filler.

1. Applications include the creation of biodegradable packaging materials using our MAH functional polyester elastomer. Strength, flexibility, and barrier qualities are all increased along with the compatibility of polyester degradable materials. It is a great option for eco-friendly packaging because of this.

2. Agricultural Films: Our elastomer is appropriate for agricultural films due to its compatibility-enhancing qualities. The films’ mechanical qualities are enhanced, increasing their resistance to ripping and puncturing. Furthermore, because of its biodegradability, it may be utilized in agricultural applications without endangering the environment.

3. Disposable Items: Our elastomer may be used in the manufacture of disposable items including plates, cups, and cutlery. It increases the strength and durability of these items by making polyester degradable materials more compatible with one another.
