Products Description

Coace® W1T is an anhydride modified ethylene-acrylate copolymer with high grafting rate and low residue.

New generation of additives called High Grafting Rate and Low Residue Impact Modifiers are intended to strengthen PA6 and PA66 polymers with enhanced impact resistance and processability. These modifiers make sure that unintended consequences do not overwhelm the improved qualities of the polymers by being based on a special MAPP that has been tuned for high grafting rates and little residue.

  • High Grafting Efficiency: The impact modifiers are made by a special method that guarantees a high maleic anhydride grafting rate onto the polypropylene backbone. More successful interaction at the polymer-modifier interface follows from this.
  • Low Residue Profile: For applications where clarity, color, and purity are critical, our impact modifiers preserve a low residue level by meticulously managing the modification process.
  • Enhanced Impact Resistance: By adding these impact modifiers, PA6 and PA66’s notched impact strength is much increased, which qualifies them for uses requiring high durability and shock load resistance.
  • Processability is improved because MAPP in the impact modifiers lowers PA6 and PA66’s melt viscosity, which makes processing easier and allows larger filler loadings to be used without compromising processability.
  • Chemical Compatibility: Our impact modifiers are made to mix well with PA6 and PA66 chemically so they won’t degrade or separate phases in the polymer matrix.

Advantage

1. Flexible Formulation: We provide a selection of impact modifiers with different viscosities and grafting levels so that clients may choose the best solution for their particular application requirements.

2. Sustainability Focused: Our impact modifiers are produced with lower emissions and waste, which is in line with the sustainability programs of progressive firms.

3. improved Dispersion: The impact modifier is distributed more uniformly in the polymer matrix when the high grafting rate guarantees improved dispersion.
4. Shorter cycle times in manufacturing are the result of the increased processability, which raises production efficiency and lowers costs.
5. Broad Application Range: Wherever great strength, flexibility, and durability are needed, it is appropriate for a broad range of applications, from sporting products to automobile parts.
