W1A is prepared by grafting maleic anhydride by POE reaction. Reaction principle
POE는 메탈로센 촉매로 촉매 처리된 에틸렌과 고탄소 α-올레핀(1-부텐, 1-헥센, 1-옥텐 등)의 랜덤 코폴리머 엘라스토머입니다. 기계적 특성, 유변학적 특성 및 자외선 저항성이 우수합니다. 또한 POE는 폴리올레핀과의 친화성이 우수하고 저온 인성이 좋다는 장점이 있으며 폴리프로필렌(PP), 폴리에틸렌(PE) 등 무극성 폴리머의 강화 및 개질에 널리 사용됩니다.
POE는 극성 물질과의 상용성이 떨어지는 비극성 엘라스토머로, 폴리아미드(PA) 및 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET)와 같은 극성 폴리머의 변형 및 강화에 도움이 되지 않습니다. 일반적인 관행은 먼저 POE에 그래프트 개질을 수행하고 극성 작용기를 포함하는 저 분자량 화합물을 고분자에 그래프트하여 POE 분자 사슬의 극성을 변경하고 극성 폴리머와의 호환성을 개선하는 것입니다. 극성 폴리머의 변형에 적용할 수 있습니다. Suggested dose: The dose (5-25%) may be increased or decreased properly according to the toughness requirements and by taking the cost into consideration.3-10% shall be adopted for PA6/PA66 reinforcing and toughening, while 5% shall be adopted for the compatibilizer of nylon and polypropylene/polyethylene alloy.
Packaging, storage and transportation: 20kg kraft bag with internal plastic bag. This product shall be treated as non-hazardous article and be stored or transported under dry conditions, and sunlight and rain shall be avoided.
