商品説明

 

W510 is both a polyester toughening agent and a polyester alloy compatibilizer. It is a high-performance graft copolymer mainly used to strengthen polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and polybutadiene- Low temperature toughness of butadiene-styrene (PBT) alloys. This product is made by grafting glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) functional groups on the polyolefin elastomer (POE) matrix, and has significant mechanical properties improvement and low temperature resistance.

Designed to improve PBT and PET polymers’ toughness and flexibility at low temperatures, W510 is Its special formulation with GMA functional groups guarantees strong interfacial bonding with many surfaces; the polyolefin elastomer matrix offers a basis for remarkable elasticity and endurance. Experimental tests show that the impact strength and elongation at break of PBT and PET modified by adding W510 filling are significantly improved, and the materials modified by adding W510 show good toughness.
