Coace® W1L-B è un LLDPE modificato con anidride ad alto tasso di innesto ed elevata fluidità.
Wood plastic composites are materials derived from wood fibers and thermoplastic polymers. The natural incompatibility of wood fibers with polymer matrices frequently leads in poor mechanical characteristics and processability. Coupling agents are added to WPC formulations to promote compatibility and adhesion, resulting in higher mechanical strength and durability.
High fluidity anhydride-modified LLDPE coupling agents are a significant development in the formulation of Wood Plastic Composites. Their capacity to improve interfacial adhesion, improve mechanical characteristics, and limit water absorption makes them an essential component in the development of long-lasting, high-performance WPCs.

Da utilizzare come agente di accoppiamento per composti a base di polietilene, come composti per cavi LSZH, composti WPC, ecc.
Da utilizzare come forza di adesione nei processi di coestrusione tra polietilene o copolimeri di etilene e materiali diversi, come poliammidi, EVOH, ecc.
Può essere diluito in LLDPE o LDPE. Da utilizzare come modificatore d'impatto per le condizioni della poliammide.
