Coace ® W1L-B est un LLDPE modifié par un anhydride avec un taux de greffage élevé et une grande fluidité.
Wood plastic composites are materials derived from wood fibers and thermoplastic polymers. The natural incompatibility of wood fibers with polymer matrices frequently leads in poor mechanical characteristics and processability. Coupling agents are added to WPC formulations to promote compatibility and adhesion, resulting in higher mechanical strength and durability.
High fluidity anhydride-modified LLDPE coupling agents are a significant development in the formulation of Wood Plastic Composites. Utilisé comme agent de couplage pour les composés à base de polyéthylène, tels que les composés pour câbles LSZH, les composés WPC, etc.
Utilisé comme force de liaison dans les processus de coextrusion entre le polyéthylène ou les copolymères d'éthylène et différents matériaux, tels que les polyamides, l'EVOH, etc.
Il peut être dilué dans du LLDPE ou du LDPE. A utiliser comme modificateur d'impact pour les polyamides.
