Description

Le KS-01 est un polymère de styrène et d'anhydride maléique. Comme il s'agit d'un agent de compatibilité obtenu par polymérisation, sa teneur en anhydride maléique est relativement élevée et il peut être utilisé comme agent de compatibilité pour l'AS, l'ABS et d'autres matériaux.

As a styrene and maleic anhydride copolymer with non-polar aromatic ring groups and polar anhydride groups, KS-01 is compatible with a variety of polar and non-polar materials, including glass fiber. These materials include PS, AS, ABS, PPO, PPS, PC, and PA, among others. High melt index, low melt viscosity, quick filling, simple processing, excellent corrosion resistance, high transparency, and good hardness are all features of KS-01 resin.

Regarding the use of glass fiber reinforcement, maleic anhydride in SMA reacts with polar groups on the surface of glass fiber (mineral, etc.) to form a “core (glass fiber)-shell (SAN resin) composite structure” in situ. This enhances the wettability between the glass fiber and the matrix resin as well as the glass fiber’s dispersion in the matrix resin. Since external stress is transmitted to the surface of the glass fiber by covalent bonds, making the glass fiber the primary stress receptor, this chemical bonding intensifies the interface adhesion and increases the mechanical strength of the composite material.

Emballage, stockage et transport : Internal plastic bag in a 20 kilogram kraft bag. This product must be handled as a non-hazardous item, kept or transported in a dry environment, and sunshine and precipitation must be avoided.

As a result, the filler is distributed more uniformly, which enhances qualities like electrical and thermal conductivity.

3. Strengthened Adhesion: The compatibilizer encourages the filler and the polymer matrix to adhere strongly to one another. The end product’s overall structural integrity is improved and delamination is prevented because to the improved adhesion. Additionally, it improves the interfacial bonding, increasing resilience to external elements like moisture and temperature changes.

Applications

It serves as a compatibilizer for reinforced composites that are AS/GF or ABS/GF.
It may be utilized as a compatiblizer for ABS or AS reinforcing, flaming retarding, and fling.It serves as a compatibilizer for alloy materials such as ABS/PMMA, AS/PMMA, and others.
