EM-1 is a kind of electret masterbatch applied to PP melt-blown cloth. It can effectively absorb the free charge generated during electret, and maintain the charge ability after electret treatment for a long time.

EM-1 can increase the ability of electrostatic adsorption and negative ion sterilization of the mask to effectively block droplets, dust, viruses, etc. below microns. At the same time, under the same fiber fineness and gram weight, the resistance of non-woven products can be reduced, and the filtration efficiency of non-woven products can be improved at the same time.

The charged melt-blown cloth can more effectively filter the Staphylococcus aureus bacterial aerosol in the droplets.
