  • Chemical Composition:Maleic anhydride polyolefin impact modifiers are composed of polyolefins grafted with maleic anhydride groups. The maleic anhydride functionality introduces reactive sites along the polymer chain, which can chemically interact with the polyamide matrix. This grafting process enhances the compatibility and dispersion of the polyolefin within the polyamide, leading to improved material properties.
  • Special Formula Treatment: The special formula treatment refers to proprietary processes and formulations designed to optimize the performance of MAPO impact modifiers. This treatment enhances the dispersion, compatibility, and stability of the impact modifier within the PA matrix, ensuring consistent performance across various processing conditions and applications.
  • Enhanced Compatibility:The maleic anhydride groups in MAPO impact modifiers provide sites for chemical bonding with the amine groups of polyamides.
