A state-of-the-art product called the High Melting Point PP Compatibilizer was created to improve the functionality and compatibility of polypropylene (PP) materials. Improved melt flow, higher heat stability, and improved mechanical characteristics are just a few advantages of this creative approach. This compatibilizer is a great option for many plastics industry applications due to its high melting point and remarkable compatibility.

The High Melting Point PP Compatibilizer’s main purpose is to increase the compatibility of various polypropylene materials. It serves as a link between various polymers, enabling smooth blending and the formation of a homogenous mixture. The interfacial tension between the polymers is substantially reduced by this compatibilizer, which enhances adhesion and dispersion. It improves the overall performance and processability of the PP materials by encouraging molecular entanglement.

Maleic anhydride is grafted onto polypropylene to create B1A. Maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene can be utilized as a promoter because it grafts a highly polar side group (maleic anhydride) onto the main chain of polypropylene. the link that connects polar and non-polar materials in terms of compatibility and adhesion.

In the application of PP+glass fiber modification, it can react with the surface-treated glass fiber to improve the compatibility of PP and glass fiber, thereby improving the tensile strength and impact strength of polypropylene. Adding PP compatibilizer when producing filled polypropylene can greatly improve the affinity between filler and polypropylene and the dispersibility of filler. This is a high melting index PP compatibilizer. Its main feature is that its melting index is higher than that of B1, which can meet the requirements of high melting index for thin-walled products and large parts. This product can be used as a surface improver for extruded sheet or extruded sheet, which can effectively improve the surface flatness of the sheet or sheet, and eliminate the unevenness and pitting on the surface of the material.

The tiny phase structure of the alloy technology is extremely well adjusted and controlled by the compatibilizer, allowing the blend material to attain excellent performance and functional effects. In PP/PE, PP/PA, PA/PS, PA/ABS, ABS/PC, PBT/PA, PET/PA, PP/POE, PE/EPDM, TPE/PU, and other alloys, compatibilizers are often employed.1. It may be utilized as a compatibilizer between PP and inorganic filler materials (calcium carbonate, talcum powder, etc.) and reinforcing materials (glass fiber);2. It may be used as a surface enhancer for PP extruded sheet or plate, which effectively increases the material’s surface smoothness and gets rid of unevenness and pitting;3.
