A polyester elastomer with MAH functionality, BP-1 may completely disintegrate on its own. It is primarily used to enhance the performance of polyester-based fabrics that degrade.compatibility. In biodegradable plastics, it can alter the surface of fillers (such as starch, calcium carbonate, talc, and others), enhance their dispersibility, and enable the fillers to be dispersed uniformly throughout the whole resin system, enhancing the material’s elongation at break.
