Chen Zhiguo CEO of Coace
EMBA degree from Xiamen University, director of Xiamen Hydrogen Energy Industry Association and Fujian Plastics Association.
He was the sales director of Xiamen Yongjinhong Plastic Industry Co., LTD. and the founder of Shanghai Tenghong Plastic Technology Co., LTD.
At present, he is the founder of Coace Chemical Co., LTD. and has presided over the implementation of the industrialization project of low-temperature resistance additives for hydrogen energy vehicle hydrogen storage bottle materials, the industrialization project of wear-resistant agents for third-generation wood-plastic sheet fabric layer, and the industrialization project of film material additives for photovoltaic cell module packaging, and has approved 15 patents.
Dean Wu of Coace Research Institute:
Born in 1978, chief engineer and deputy general manager of Coace Chemical Co., Ltd., president of Coace Chemical Research Institute, member of the editorial board of “Automotive Practical Technology” magazine, director of Xiamen Hydrogen Energy Industry Association. He presided over the planning of the industrialization project of high body resistance and high dielectric material solutions and additive additives for 5G aerospace communication equipment components, led and implemented the industrialization project of low temperature resistant additives for hydrogen storage bottle materials for hydrogen energy vehicles, the industrialization project of third generation wood, the industrialization project of wear resistant agent for plastic plate fabric layer, and the industrialization project of film material additives for photovoltaic cell module packaging. There have been breakthrough researches on materials such as chain extension and viscosity increase, heat conductive plastics, and in-depth researches on the production and application technology of plastic additives, overcoming a number of technical problems in domestic counterparts and obtaining more than 40 patents.

Majored in chemistry at Xiamen University, is also the technical director of Coace Chemical Co., Ltd. and has obtained 11 national patents.
In 2022, the “Development of Polyolefin Elastomer Compatibilizer for High Impact Nylon” project was jointly established with the Fujian Institute of Material Structure of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. This project made breakthroughs in continuous fiber preforming and HPRTM process window optimization, pore regulation and part quality control, a series of key technologies to achieve high-quality and high-efficiency production of auto parts, and formed a demonstration application of HP-RTM.
